The mall is a heavy symbol. Quite literally, set in stone, hearts, minds, and identiy but it can still be weathered and therefore changed. It is a matter of choice if one decides to be the stone or the weather.

Already Paradise is trying to be a restaurant (permits permitting) inside The Galleria @ Pittsbugh Mills. Please sign up for the mailing list or use the chat function on this website in order to interact with the community.

The current iteration of this is to act as a supper club which will communicate via email the menu for a single meal and when it will be served. In this way it can work out the kinks before succumbing to a rhythm of service. After that, perhaps it will have set hours and a set menu. We can help each other figure it out.

Hopefully, this joint will be serving food by August. No part of this process has been quick or easy, but it has often been pretty funny :)
